Tareq has over 18 years experience in real estate in the GCC, USA, and UK. Before co-founding SHM Holdings, he was an Executive Director at Evans Randall where he spearheaded the firm’s business development efforts from the GCC until 2014. Prior to that, Tareq was with Arcapita Bank. Tareq also served on the board of Sheffield United Football Club until 2019, a position he had held since April 2016. He has a BBA in International Business from the University of Georgia, is an alumnus of INSEAD & Harvard Business School and holds a Masters in Business from London Business School.
